Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with regard to the suggestions requested to the students on how to diminish the usage of plastic water bottles in college.

Water dispensers have been installed in many colleges, and I believe their implementation is a great initiative that can contribute to reducing one-use plastic bottles, offering students and the staff free water, thereby making them not buy a new water bottle every time they need to hydrate .

Besides that, it would be great to provide information related to plastic pollution and its impact plus the reason behind the water dispensers initiative to the educational community through the distribution of flyers, or posters. In this way, students will be conscious about the topic, making them cooperate and make smarter decisions regarding their consumption of plastic.

Through this initiative students and staff can save money that would have been spent in a plastic bottle. Moreover, college will encourage a healthy lifestyle by promoting to stay hydrated during the day, also, enhancing the establishment reputation.I very much hope you will consider my proposal to address the plastic bottles issue.
